Code of Ethics and Practitioner Standards
This Code forms an integral part of the imperiumslonca.com Terms of Service. Acknowledging the Terms of Service during Practitioner Account registration constitutes a binding obligation to strictly observe these standards.
Principle 1: Clear Vessel and Neutrality: The practitioner acts as a guide and safe holding space for the client's unfolding process. The practitioner never imposes personal interpretations, checks their ego, and strictly refrains from passing moral judgments.
Principle 2: Inviolability of Free Will: Absolute ban on psychological coercion, emotional manipulation, and fostering artificial dependency on further sessions. The client retains 100% sovereignty over their developmental process.
Principle 3: Responsibility and Psychological Safety: If a client exhibits acute psychotic symptoms, active epilepsy (in hypnosis), or medical contraindications, the practitioner has a strict duty to decline facilitation and refer the client to qualified medical specialists.
§ 1. Fundamental Principles of Practice
- The Principle of 'First, Do No Harm' (Primum non nocere): The practitioner places the physical, psychological, and emotional safety of the Client above any commercial or personal interest.
- Informed Consent: Prior to commencing the Session, the practitioner must clearly and transparently explain the session structure, methods used, and potential somatic or emotional reactions.
- Confidentiality and Professional Privilege: All information shared by the Client, including session audio/video recordings (QHHT, RTT), Human Design bodygraphs, or astrological charts, is held in strict confidence. Public disclosure (even anonymized) requires prior explicit written consent.
§ 2. Absolute Prohibitions (Zero Tolerance Policy)
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate, permanent expulsion of the Practitioner from the Platform:
- Prohibition of any sexual misconduct: Erotic suggestions, double entendres, sexualized comments on appearance, nudity, or touching intimate anatomical areas are strictly forbidden.
- Boundaries in touch work (Reiki, Kundalini, subtle energy): Any physical touch must be preceded by explicit client consent. The Client may withdraw consent at any time, requiring the practitioner to switch immediately to contactless auric work or conclude the session.
- Prohibition of dual relationships: Entering into romantic, sexual, or intimate personal relationships with the Client during active facilitation and for a minimum of 6 months following the final Session is strictly barred.
- Prohibition of interfering with conventional medical care: Practitioners are strictly barred from advising clients to discontinue prescribed medication, surgeries, chemotherapy, psychotherapy, or medical consultations.
- Prohibition of medical diagnosing: Diagnosing somatic illnesses or mental disorders under conventional medical definitions, as well as guaranteeing 'miracle cures' for chronic or oncological conditions, is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibition of administering substances: Administering pharmaceutical drugs, psychotropic herbs, psychoactive compounds, or entheogens without holding legally licensed medical qualifications is strictly barred.
- Prohibition of loans and large gifts: Borrowing funds from clients, soliciting substantial gifts, or urging clients to invest in facilitator business ventures is forbidden.
- Prohibition of coercive tied selling: Forcing purchases of expensive talismans, supplements, or multi-session packages under the guise of 'clearing karma' is banned.
- Prohibition of hidden fees: All session pricing must be transparent and agreed upon prior to meeting.
- Prohibition of fear-based manipulation: Intimidating clients with curses, negative karma, spiritual entities, or divine retribution to compel continued cooperation is prohibited.
- Prohibition of cultivating guru dependency: The practitioner is obligated to nurture the Client's personal sovereignty rather than positioning themselves as an indispensable spiritual authority.
§ 3. Specific Modality Guidelines
- Regression hypnosis and trance (QHHT®, BQH, RTT®, hypnotherapy): The facilitator must verify that the Client is not in an acute psychotic state. Audio recordings may be given exclusively to the Client and cannot be stored on unencrypted storage or public clouds.
- Kundalini activation and trance work: The facilitator is responsible for physical room safety (padded flooring, absence of sharp edges) and verifying the Client is thoroughly grounded before leaving the room.
§ 4. Violation Reporting and Inquiry Procedure
1. Reporting: Any Client, fellow Practitioner, or third party may report an alleged violation to: kontakt@imperiumslonca.com.
2. Precautionary suspension: In cases involving physical safety violations, sexual abuse, interference with cancer care, or severe financial manipulation, the Administrator reserves the right to suspend the profile within 24 hours pending review.
3. Response window: The Administrator invites the Practitioner to provide written clarification within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond constitutes a forfeiture of defense.
§ 5. Sanctions and Permanent Expulsion (Permanent Ban)
1. Upon substantiation of a violation, the Administrator enforces disciplinary action: written reprimand, temporary suspension, or immediate permanent expulsion.
2. Consequences of expulsion: Permanent removal from the directory and map, alongside blacklisting of facilitator credentials against future re-registration.
3. Law enforcement notification: In the event of criminal conduct, the Administrator reports the matter immediately to competent legal authorities.
